Wireless Active speaker layout enables our customers to install wireless solutions for home cinema installations. Basically the wired digital or symmetrical audio transmission remain the gold standard for audio applications. Nevertheless some installations may ask for enhanced flexibility, thus for wireless solutions. There are many standards on the market these days for wireless applications, Bluetooth, 802.11, DECT etc but for general purpose Short Range Devices (SRDs) there is no standard protocol.
For our new Tempra B-226 speakers we develop our own proprietary wireless transmission system to meet demanding expectations. However, there is also the possibility to install wireless solutions from 3third suppliers. They have to inferface with the unbalanced RCA input of the B-226 speaker. Existing solutions do often not reach quality standards, only a few of them seem to have the potential to meet demanding expectations. |
